We always looking forward to serving our customers. At Taolefah we are very intense with customer satisfaction and we will be glad to replace or return products after fulfilling the following conditions:
Replacement and Return Terms
- Replacement or refund can be requested within 10 days from the date of arrival of the product.
- If the product is received in a defective condition, the customer may return it or replace it.
- The product should not be used and be tightly closed.
- In case the customer wishes to replace or return the product because it has nothing to do with the damage on the product, he will bear the shipping value.
- Perishable products such as food or tea can not be return.
- Taolefah shop has the right to refuse to accept any damaged product and not in its original condition
- Shipping and delivery charges can not be refunded.
- Shipping and delivery fees can not be refunded.
Method of Return or Replace the Products
- Fill the replacement and retrieval request form her.

- If the product return request is approved, the value of purchases will be automatically returned to the credit card used in the purchase within a few days.
